雾霾严重的夜晚，市委市委城市笼罩在一片雾茫茫的世界里，一辆破旧的二手房车在霓虹灯闪烁的街道上行驶......傻子到村子，全体村民屡次被傻子的行为逗乐，村里最爱探案的福尔摩斯吴良志收留了傻子。
傻子和沛菡在一起玩耍，议会报关系亲密，喜欢沛菡的杜宇由于嫉妒要把傻子赶出村子．杜宇策划了一起偷鸡的案子。常委村民揭穿了杜宇和先生勾结劝村民搬离村子的嘴脸。
